What you share
stays with you.
Oaken has no account and no server of its own. Nothing you enter in Oaken is sent to me, its developer.

On your iPhone
Your answers, progress and check-ins are kept inside Oaken on your iPhone.
No account
Nothing to sign up for and nothing to log in to.
No ads, no tracking
No analytics, no ad networks and no tracking of any kind.
Apple handles payment
Your subscription is with Apple. I never see your card.
What Oaken keeps on your iPhone
- Your safety check answers, and the clearances you turn on in Settings.
- Your program: the day you started, the chapters open to you, the sessions you finished and where you stopped in each.
- Your movement: walks with Oaken, minutes you add and, if you allow it, the brisk minutes counted from your steps each day.
- Your weekly check-ins, your reminder settings and the day your free trial started.
All of it is stored inside Oaken on your iPhone. Your iPhone’s backups (iCloud or a computer) include it, as they do other apps’ data; those backups follow Apple’s privacy policy and your own backup settings.
What leaves your iPhone
Payments. Apple handles your subscription and its payment, under Apple’s privacy policy. I never see your card or payment details.
Web pages. Links in Oaken, such as this page or a helpline finder, open in Safari. The site you visit has its own privacy policy.
Email to me. If you email me, I receive your address, your message and what you choose to include. Oaken’s Help adds your app version and iPhone model under your message; you can delete them before sending. I use your email only to answer you, and delete it when you ask.
What Oaken asks your iPhone for
Notifications, for your daily reminder and the reminder before your free trial ends. They are scheduled on your iPhone; no server sends them.
Motion & Fitness, to count your brisk walking minutes from your steps. Your steps stay on your iPhone.
Microphone: never used. iOS lists it because the audio library Oaken uses can also record. Oaken only plays audio.
You can change any of these in your iPhone’s Settings at any time.
Deleting your data
In Oaken, Settings › Start over clears everything Oaken keeps except your subscription. Deleting Oaken from your iPhone removes all of it; copies in your backups follow your backup settings. Because I hold nothing you enter, there is nothing for me to delete, except emails you have sent me.
Adults only
Oaken is for adults aged 18 and over. I don’t knowingly offer it to anyone younger.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, I’ll update this page and its date. If a change means Oaken starts sending anything from your iPhone, I’ll say so here and in the app before it does.
Oaken is made by Teerapat Sakpanjachotti, Bangkok, Thailand. Questions about privacy: support@getoaken.com.
Terms of Use
The simple rules.
Using Oaken means you accept these terms and Apple’s standard licence for apps.

Education and training, not medical care
Oaken teaches and guides practice. It is not a medical device, has not been clinically tested and doesn’t diagnose anything. See a doctor: erection problems can be an early sign of heart or blood-sugar problems.
Stop a session and get help if you feel chest pain, dizziness, unusual breathlessness or pain. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Subscription and free trial
- Oaken Yearly costs $49.99 a year in the US; the App Store shows the price in your country before you buy.
- New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. Oaken reminds you two days before it ends, if notifications are on for Oaken.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the trial ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. It then renews every year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the year ends.
- Cancel any time in your Apple Account settings (Settings › your name › Subscriptions). Refunds are handled by Apple.
- A few sessions are free without a subscription.
Who can use Oaken
You must be 18 or older.
Your safety check, and medicines
Follow your safety check’s advice about what to wait for, and turn on a clearance in Settings only after that professional has examined you. Never stop a medicine without asking whoever prescribed it.
The sessions are narrated by an AI voice. The research each chapter draws on is listed in the app, under Sources.
Using the sessions
Oaken and its sessions, texts and artwork belong to me. You may use them for yourself, not to copy, share, sell or publish them.
No promises of results
Everyone is different, and I can’t promise any result. Oaken is provided as it is, as far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the law where you live.
Changes, law and contact
If these terms change, I’ll update this page and its date. If a change matters for you, Oaken will tell you before it applies.
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Oaken is provided by Teerapat Sakpanjachotti, Bangkok, Thailand. Questions: support@getoaken.com.
Support
I’m here to help.
Email me
I make Oaken on my own and read every email myself. I usually reply within two days. In Oaken, Settings › Help and FAQ › Email support writes the email for you, with your app version and iPhone model.

How do I cancel?
Apple handles your subscription. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Oaken, then Cancel Subscription. To stop the next payment, cancel at least 24 hours before your trial or your year ends.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. In Oaken, Settings › Request a refund opens Apple’s own form, and Apple decides.
When does my free trial end?
Seven days after you start it. Oaken reminds you two days before it ends, if notifications are on for Oaken.
I have a new iPhone
Your subscription belongs to your Apple Account: on the new iPhone, tap “I already subscribe” when Oaken first opens, then Restore. Your progress comes with you when you set up the new iPhone from a backup of the old one.
Is this medical advice?
No. Oaken is education and training, not medical care. It works alongside your doctor, never instead.
Start with a free week.
